Real Science-4-Kids (RS4K) Chemistry Pre-Level 1

As parents we never thought we could teach atoms, molecules, and DNA to our 1st grade daughter.  Chemistry seemed more a Middle School if not High School subject until we discovered Gravitas Publications, Inc.

Sacramento, California - Gravitas Publications created by Dr. Rebecca Keller has partnered with iHomeEducator, Inc. to create a science app for teaching chemistry from a primary school level. This app focuses on the student text book and illustrations to help engage the student. The Teacher's Manual, Lab Workbook, and other science topics can be purchased at the Gravitas Publications website.

The student text has been incorporated into a visually interactive app allowing the student to swipe, tap, and drill down across building blocks which are incorporated into an end-to-end flowchart which starts with a chapter on atoms and ends with a chapter introducing DNA.

Pre-Level I is geared towards grades K-3. The Pre-Level I app introduces students to solid science concepts at this early stage of formal learning. The app encourages discovery and inquiry.
